running is relaxed and beautiful for me right now. stepped up the pace the other day and there was no resistance from the muscles and the body. liquid flow was present and the speed was as deep as i wanted to take it. it's coming around. foundation work is still the goal, so the days like this will be infrequent for a few more weeks.
